Kentucky FFA Works is the resource to connect graduating and graduated FFA members with full time employment opportunities in Kentucky. With a single application, these FFA members can apply to multiple job opportunities.

Promoting Kentucky FFA Works in the Classroom
Please share this opportunity with your senior FFA members. If you’re interested in having guest speakers, please contact the Kentucky FFA Works partners offering employment opportunities near you. Many of them would be glad to come visit with your students. Students need to apply by April 15th, 2025.
Engaging School Counselors
Engage your school counselors in this effort by asking them to share the opportunity as they meet with seniors about career planning. School counselors received information and a pennant flag to hang in their offices to promote Kentucky FFA Works.
Advisor Recommendation Form
After your student applies, you’ll receive an email with a simple evaluation form about your student. Please complete this form no later than April 15th, 2025.
FFA Chapter Support
For every student successfully hired, their home chapter will receive $500 to help them continue to invest in the next generation of talented employees. This placement fee will be paid by the Kentucky FFA Works partners six months after the student begins working. The Kentucky FFA Foundation will award the funds to FFA chapters following the successful placements.
Student Recognition
All successfully hired students will be recognized at the state level by the Kentucky FFA Association.
