Why should my company get involved?

Your company is invited to be a part of the Kentucky FFA Works program in its second pilot year. Kentucky FFA members are developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education- and many of these students are seeking employment right after high school! Through one application, FFA members can apply to multiple agricultural employment opportunities. Companies will then receive candidate information that best fit their needs and will have the freedom to interview and hire as they see fit. The Kentucky FFA Foundation is asking each participating company for their involvement in “posting” jobs, at a pilot-level pricing, to help kick start the program.

Ready to take the next step? While the program is in its pilot phase, the Kentucky FFA Foundation will be accepting a limited number of companies. First preference will be given to current sponsors of the Kentucky FFA Foundation. To apply, complete the form at the top of this page by February 1st, 2025.
